Gender Equality Board

A Gender and Equality Board (GEB) is being established, in which all status groups are represented (mixed female/male) and all institutions are involved. The objectives of the GEB are to:

  1. Propose, explore, and decide on equal-opportunity measures for DFG SOS
  2. Coordinate the implementation of equal-opportunity measures
  3. Decide on the use of the equal-opportunity funds available within DFG SOS and align their use with DFG guidelines (with support from the Equality Office of JMU Würzburg).
